The Porsche 996 / 986 Arid Key is a bespoke key body, designed to re-house the original components of your Porsche 911 or Boxster key. Transforming the dated design into a highly refined piece of precision engineering.
The form has been sculpted to mirror the iconic lines featured in the 996/986 Porsche era. Updating the currently tired aesthetics of the original key, whilst retaining some signs of Porsche heritage within the design.
Each key is meticulously CNC machined from high-grade stainless steel, ensuring not only a stunning appearance but also unparalleled durability. The result, a key piece that exudes quality and precision in every detail.
To upgrade to this bespoke body, your existing key blade, circuit board and transponder chip will need to be transplanted into the Arid key. No reprogramming or professional key cutting is necessary, it is a direct swap of your original Porsche key internal components and a process that can be completed at home. This process requires no tools (other than the Allen key provided) and takes less than 5 minutes.
