Returns and refunds

If you change your mind or find that you no longer require your goods, you may return them to us for a refund, credit or exchange provided that we are notified of the intended return within 14 days of receiving the goods and they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt.

Any products returned after 14 days of receipt or without a valid order slip may be refused at our discretion.

Please ensure that goods are returned in their original packaging and ensure that returning goods are re-packaged appropriately for transit.

Please note all postage charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty.

Please open all packages immediately to confirm no items are damaged or missing. If items are missing or damaged, please contact info@aridinnovation.co.uk All claims for missing and/or damaged items must be sent to our team within 2 business days of delivery. International shipments that are not delivered or collected by the customer will be abandoned. No reshipments will be made and no refunds will be given. All claims for lost packages must be submitted to Arid innovation within 30 days of the dispatch date for domestic shipments and 60 days for international shipments.
